Dr. Saba Haq
Chief Medical Officer | Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician
Dr. Saba Haq is the Chief Medical Officer of AlphaMD and a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 30 years of clinical and physician-leadership experience. Educated at UCLA and UC Davis, she has worked across emergency and trauma care, geriatric medicine, healthcare management, and underserved communities throughout the United States.
Raised as an American expatriate in Asia, Dr. Haq witnessed profound health inequities from an early age—an experience that shaped her commitment to improving access to informed, patient-centered care. Today, her work focuses on an often-overlooked area of medicine: hormonal health throughout adulthood. Her areas of expertise include testosterone replacement therapy, hypogonadism, perimenopause and menopause, men’s and women’s hormone health, healthy aging, and the evolving science and clinical use of peptide therapies.
In her role with AlphaMD, Dr. Haq brings physician perspective to medical education and helps patients and the public better understand age-related hormonal changes and individualized, clinician-guided care.
