When a refill can't go out automatically
Sometimes something needs to be resolved before we can send your refill. When that happens, we'll let you know weeks in advance, so there's time to sort it out without a gap in your treatment.
The usual reasons:
- A missed payment or an outstanding balance on your account
- Updated labs are due. A licensed provider needs current results before continuing.
- A new consultation is required. In some cases this is a legal requirement.
- A survey needs completing, depending on your state's requirements
If you get one of these notices, act on it when it arrives. The sooner it's resolved, the more likely your next shipment arrives on time.
