- How do I travel with my medication?Keep it in the original labeled packaging. The pharmacy label is your proof of prescription. Pack it in your carry-on and tell TSA you have syringes.
- Can I take my medication to another country?It depends on the country. Testosterone is a controlled substance in many places, so check your destination’s rules with its embassy before you travel.
- Can you ship to APO/FPO or overseas addresses?Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO and overseas addresses. You’ll need to get your lab work done locally and send us the results.
- Can I get a Letter of Medical Necessity?Yes. We can provide a Letter of Medical Necessity or Treatment Summary signed by your provider, for HSA/FSA, insurance, travel, or your own records.
- Can I get a copy of my prescription?Our prescriptions are sent electronically, so there’s no paper copy. A Letter of Medical Necessity covers most needs, and we can get a copy of the prescription record from the pharmacy if you need it.
- How can my other doctor or the VA get my records?We send your records to you, and you pass them on. Often a Letter of Medical Necessity or Treatment Summary is all another office needs.
