How do I request a dose change?
Message us or email contact@alphamd.net and tell us why. A licensed provider reviews your recent labs and symptoms. Doses up to 200 mg/week are included in the standard $129/month plan.
What supplies come with my order?
Every order includes syringes or injection kits for each injection your medication covers, plus alcohol prep pads.
How do I get more syringes?
Message us and we’ll send more. Extra supplies are free, including if you inject daily.
Do you send a sharps container?
No. Pick up an FDA-cleared sharps container from a pharmacy or online.
How do I give a subcutaneous injection?
Draw your dose with the insulin syringe (10 units = 0.1 mL), pinch a fold of skin on your belly or thigh, inject slowly, and put the needle straight into a sharps container.
How do I give an intramuscular injection?
Draw your dose with the 21G needle, swap to the 25G needle, inject into your thigh or glute at a 90° angle, and put the needle straight into a sharps container.
How do I use testosterone cream?
Use the number of clicks your provider prescribed, where they directed. Wash your hands afterward and keep the area covered until it’s dry.
How much does HCG cost?
HCG is $300 per order, charged once when you approve it. It isn’t a monthly fee.
How long does an HCG order last?
At the most common dose of 500 IU a week, one 10,000 IU order lasts about 19–20 weeks.
Does HCG reorder automatically?
No. Each HCG order is a separate charge you approve in your portal. Message us when you’re running low.
How do I add HCG to my treatment?
Message us. A licensed provider has to add HCG to your protocol, and you’ll get an updated protocol to review and approve.
Do you offer Anavar or nandrolone?
No. AlphaMD no longer offers Anavar (oxandrolone) or nandrolone.
What should I do if I think my estrogen is high?
Message us about what you’re noticing. A licensed provider will review it and may prescribe anastrozole, order labs, or adjust your dose.
Does anastrozole cost extra?
No. Anastrozole is free.
How do I get Cialis or Viagra?
Members with an active TRT plan can order tadalafil (Cialis) or sildenafil (Viagra) from the shop in their portal. A licensed provider reviews and approves it.
How much do Cialis and Viagra cost?
There are two separate payments: $30 to AlphaMD for each prescription, and the pharmacy’s price for the tablets.
Can I inject more often?
Yes. You can split your weekly dose into more frequent injections, even daily. Message us with how often and why, and a licensed provider will review it. There’s no extra cost.
What oil is my testosterone in?
Injectable testosterone is dissolved in a carrier oil, which is listed on your vial label.
Can I switch to a different oil?
Yes. You can switch to testosterone in MCT oil for an extra $50/month. You don’t need a documented allergy.
My vial says discard after 28 days. Do I have to?
No. The 28-day date is a standard labeling rule for multi-dose vials, not an expiration date. You can use your vial until it’s finished if you store it as directed and it looks normal.
How do I stop TRT?
Please don’t stop suddenly on your own. Message us, and a licensed provider will set up a plan to lower your dose safely.
How do I come off TRT to try for a family?
Message us. A licensed provider will set up a plan that adds HCG while your TRT dose comes down, then moves you to enclomiphene until conception.
What should I do if I'm having side effects?
Send us a message describing what you're noticing. If it's an emergency, call 911.
