Assist Health is our lab partner. They're a separate company with partner labs nationwide. Ordering through them gets you discounted pricing, well below what you'd pay walking into a lab on your own.
How your lab order works
- A licensed provider orders your labs, during a visit or when reviewing your results.
- You get an email with a link to your lab order page. If your labs are due later (for example, at 10 weeks), you'll get a heads-up email now and the lab order email on the due date.
- On your lab order page, choose how you'd like to get your tests done.
- Pay for your order. Nothing is sent to the lab until you pay. This is the step people most often miss.
- Assist Health emails your requisition within one business day. Then take it to a free-standing Labcorp.
