- The email comes from Assist Health, not AlphaMD. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
- Nothing is sent until your lab order is paid. If you haven't paid yet, open the lab order email we sent you and finish checkout.
- Wait for the requisition email before you go to the lab.
