What to bring
Bring only your AlphaMD requisition. Leave any other doctor's lab order at home.
At check-in
- Show the requisition with the barcode.
- Don't show your insurance card, don't say you're self-pay, and don't pay the lab. Your lab order is already paid.
- Ask the lab to remove any insurance they already have on file and to bill the account number printed on your requisition.
